I began my career in the financial markets, working as an FX Sales Trader at Bradesco Bank in Brazil. I have always been passionate about markets and technology, thriving in a fast-moving environment where interest rates, economic events, and unexpected shocks can reshape the day. That pace taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to stay prepared for the unpredictable.
Today, as a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant at SiteMinder (Galway, Ireland), I apply the same mindset to technology—resolving complex issues, mentoring teammates, and supporting global SaaS operations. I combine analytical rigor with hands-on problem solving using SQL, Unix, XML, OpenSearch, and Jira.
